Advanced Health Indicator IAS® — INCIDENCE DES POUX
Description
For the first time in France, it is possible to follow from day to day the evolution of head lice infestations in France. In particular, this indicator makes it possible to know very quickly when an epidemic is developing in a region. This new tool will alert parents and strengthen surveillance to combat this parasite more effectively.
The model used for the IAS® Lice is based on the monitoring of pharmacy purchases of a set of products indicated against lice and uses the methods of analysis and representations developed by the OpenHealth project.fr
