Mutation Notification Object
Description
Locations where a notification has been received about the possible non-conformity of the physical reality with the data contained in geographical registrations. The source holder has a duty to assess reports and, where necessary, to bring the geographical registrations within the standards of timeliness and accuracy into line with physical reality.
