Description
This is the Web Feature Server of DWD.:Summary statistic of the available observed properties. While the feature property RESULT is always null or -999 and RESULT_TIME always reflect the LOCALTIMESTAMP of the requestl, the PHENOMEN_TIME reflects the timeperiod covered by observations RESULT_TIME_MIN/RESULT_TIME_MAX.
