Description
This table contains figures on the capacity of wind turbines and the electricity production achieved. The data are broken down by class of shaft height of the windmills and exclude the windmills installed in the sea.

Status of figures:
This table presents final figures up to 2022 and further provisional figures for 2023.
Changes as of November 2024:
The electricity production is now published including self-consumption of the wind turbines, which is about 2% different from previous publications. This has been put back to 2021. Furthermore, more wind turbines were closed in 2021 than previously thought, which also has an impact on the installed capacity of 2022 and 2023. The figures for 2021 have been revised and are in line with the most recent insights. The figures for 2021 and 2022 are final, the figures for 2023 are provisional.
Changes as of June 2024:
Further provisional figures for 2023 have been added.
When will there be new figures:
Preliminary figures for the previous year are published each year in June. These figures will then be revised in the fourth quarter and remain further provisional.
Final figures appear in the fourth quarter in the second year after the year under review.
