The [Municipal Council](http://www.ville-nogentsurmarne.fr/vie-municipale/le-conseil-municipal/futures-seances.htm) of the municipality delegated the power to take those decisions at its meeting of 12 May 2014 by voting on [Deliberation 14/99](http://action-nogent.fr/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/20140512-Delib_14-99.pdf).
Each decision shall contain the reference number of each decision, the date on which it was taken, its typology, the intervener, the amount and the total amount.
