Description
Digital terrain models (DGM) are digital, numerical models of the terrain heights and shapes of the earth's surface, reduced to a regular grid. They do not include information on structures (e.g. bridges) and vegetation. As part of its statutory mandate, the LVermGeo Sachsen-Anhalt provides the DGM with a grid width of one metre.
