The increase in the number of recipients of social minima continues

At the end of 2011, 3.7 million people received one of the nine minimum social benefits. This represents an increase of 2.4% in 2011, after the increase of 2.5% in 2010. Including spouses and dependent children, 10.0% of the French population is covered by social minimums.
