Description
These are outstanding claims held either by the State directly (via the Banque de France), by the Agence Française de Développement or by Coface and Natixis on behalf of the State. All claims of which the debtor is either a sovereign or a member of the public sector of a foreign State shall be included in the amounts outstanding presented.
The data presented are expressed without interest on arrears, in EUR million, and
