Vegetation structures

Description

The vegetation structure is a part of the green structure, consisting of vegetation, substrate and possible mulches. The purpose of vegetation structures is to promote the comfort of the built environment. Vegetation structures bind the topsoil on which they are based. All vegetation structure data requiring special care are recorded in green care patterns for the target category. Sites that do not require specific green management measures are recorded in vegetation structures. The Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment are responsible for maintaining the information. Information is generated through investment projects. The information is obtained from plans or contractors. The update of the data is continuous. The target category is versioning. The information covers roads, ramps, walking and cycling paths.
