Description
Members with more than four years of service, who leave the armed forces permanently, may be placed on retraining leave and on additional retraining leave. During these leave periods, of a maximum cumulative duration of 120 working days (CR) plus 6 months (CCR), they are required to devote themselves to preparing for a new professional activity. Similarly, military volunteers can now have access to a split CR for up to 20 working days.
Conversion leave may be followed by additional conversion leave, the maximum duration of which shall be six months. The latter may be granted to members when the duration of the retraining leave does not allow the professional project to be carried out.
