Description
The ''ASSOCIATIONS'' data comes from the dataset published by DILA on https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/dataset/associations
They have been returned to CSV format to facilitate their reuse.
A CSV file contains the annual publications in JOAFE.
XML > CSV transformation is done using XSLT. The stylesheet used is available on github as well as the script for downloading, decompacting files, extracting .xml and transforming into CSV.
