Technical measure

Description

A technical measure indicates when a road structure was created and as a result of which measure. The date of entry into force is intended to indicate in which year and in which month the road has been opened to traffic. If the official handover to public transport has taken place later, this should be reported separately in the LUOVPM field. Information is generated in construction and maintenance.
