ASSOCIATIONS (JOAFE)

The “ASSOCIATIONS” data are extracted from the announcements published in the Official Journal.

• Before 2 January 1985 in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
• From 2 January 1985 in the Official Journal of Associations and Foundations of Enterprise (JOAFE).

The ASSOCIATIONS database (JOAFE) publishes:

• Declarations of creation, modification or dissolution of associations governed by the law of 1901 since the beginning;
• Declarations of creation, modification or dissolution of trade union associations of owners since 2004;
• Declarations of creation, modification or dissolution of corporate foundations since 1991;
• Declarations of creation, modification, dissolution or suspension of activity of endowment funds since 2009;
• Declarations of creation, modification or dissolution of partnership foundations since 2018;
• Extracts from court decisions relating to the associative field.

The provision by DILA of data sets that may contain personal data does not relieve the re-user of compliance with the Data Protection Act, in accordance with the document
Warning.

The re-user undertakes to take into account requests for updating data published occasionally by DILA in the discussion forum of the dataset on data.gouv.fr.
