Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Village” of the municipality of Sexau from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The scope of the ‘village’ development plan covers, in the southern area, a sub-area of the approved development plan ‘Zehnerhag and Wegacker’.
