Description
The ZFUs integrate the perimeter of a ZRU, but expand to
adjacent spaces. They correspond to neighbourhoods of more than 10 000
inhabitants with the most degraded characteristics in terms
unemployment, vocational qualifications or resources
municipalities concerned.
