Regional Finality Assistance Zone (AFR)
Description
The map of the AFR covers in France the main public aid schemes for the following companies: the land use planning premium for industrial and service projects, known as the PAT “Industry and Services”, the decree of which is currently being revised; the aid for corporate real estate provided for in Article L1511-3 of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities (CGCT) whose decree is also being revised; the aid for productive investment and employment of local authorities provided for in Article L1511-2 of the CGCT; the exemptions from business tax provided for in Article 1465 of the General Tax Code; the aid from public conversion companies; the tax aid for investment in Corsica and the tax exemption schemes provided for in the overseas departments.Outside the areas eligible for regional aid, companies of all sizes will be able to receive aid for research, innovation, training or the environment, as well as aid allocated under the de-minimis Regulation (maximum EUR 200 000 per 3-year period). Similarly, SMEs will be able to be assisted in their investment and job creation projects up to 7.5 or 15 %.
