Table of nutritional composition of foods Ciqual

Description

In France, the reference database on the nutritional composition of food is managed by ANSES. The nutritional composition table of Ciqual 2020 foods provides the contents of different constituents (carbohydrates, sugars, proteins, fats, fatty acids, salt, vitamins, minerals...) as well as the energy values of foods. With 3,185 foods referenced, this new version of the Ciqual table incorporates details of all the individual sugars contained in the foods. It also provides up-to-date data on the main fruits and vegetables, including those grown in Overseas France. To be in line with the new eating practices of the French, the table now includes about fifty new foods adapted to vegetarian diets.
