Description
The purpose of the scheme, with reference to the Law of 2/01/02, is to assess the nature, level and evolution of the social and medico-social needs of the population in terms of risk prevention and child protection.
— It makes it possible to draw up a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the existing supply, to determine its prospects and objectives for development.
— It specifies the framework for cooperation and coordination between the various departments and institutions and defines the criteria for assessing the actions implemented
