Departmental scheme of soft circulation (SDCD)
Description
The SDCD sets priorities and equips the General Council and the Isarian communities with a tool for scheduling soft circulation projects. The implementation of these projects is based in part on the will and involvement of local authorities. The Department also wished to provide them with a technical tool: the technical guide to soft circulations, a real reference for soft circulations. This tool guarantees the quality of the improvements that will be carried out and must help the project owners in the definition and implementation of their project.
