Territorial coherence scheme — SCOT
Description
The territorial coherence schemes (SCOTs) follow the master plans (SD).The elected representatives jointly define the evolution of the agglomeration and the priorities in terms of habitat, trade, areas of activity, transport whereas the SDs focused on the destination of the soil without taking into account other policies at the agglomeration level (urban planning, housing, displacement).They will also be subject to public inquiry before approval and will be subject to periodic review. Their preparation and revision will be simplified.
