The General Inspectorate of the Administration has issued a report advocating the creation and labelling of numerous one-stop-shops in rural areas, under the name of “Public Service Relays”.The IGA proposes to rely on some strong principles, such as a requirement for the quality of the services rendered and a recommendation for co-financing by the social organisations on whose behalf the Public Service Relays act
