Regulations of the Departmental Roads
Description
The departmental road regulations set out the rules for the management of the road public domain (DP) in accordance with the provisions of the Highways Code and the CGCT.
It therefore makes it possible to inform the management rules of the departmental road DP applicable both to the department and to residents, users and dealers, but also to specify the requirements for coordination between the work carried out by third parties and those planned by the department. Finally, it also includes the typology of the network as well as its geometrical characteristics. The objective is to ensure the sustainability of the network.
