Description
In 2012, 2495 military personnel were reclassified to the three public functions under the five procedures in force, namely secondment-integration (Article L. 4139-2 of the Defence Code), reserved posts (Article L. 4139-3), secondment (Article L. 4138-8), competitions (Article L. 4139-1) and recruitment on contracts. Since the conversion in the public sector is one of the levers of the HR manoeuvre of the Ministry of Defence, it is necessary to take into account in this regard the reclassification of military personnel under the Ministry of Defence (i.e. excluding gendarmes).
