Decoded meteorological observations from World Meteorological Organisation Resolution 40
Description
In its resolution No. 40, WMO brought the weather services of member countries freely to publish the tri-hour data of part of the weather stations. In France, Météo-France produces every 3 hours a CSV file containing the data of 42 metropolis stations, decoded and archived by the website www.infoclimat.fr. The survey system allows to bring back up to 25,000 different values.
