Public contracts concluded on the State procurement platform

Description

**Contracts awarded by the State and its public institutions, KICs and UGAP, which have been posted online on the State Procurement Platform (PLACE)(1).** This list shall include the name of the public entity, the purchasing entity, the name of the successful tenderer, the date of notification, the postal code, the budget tranche in euro HT, the nature of the purchase, the subject of the contract, the amount of the contract. _(1) This list meets the obligation for purchasers to publish information on public contracts concluded each year (Article 133 of the Public Procurement Code). However, each ministry or contracting authority is responsible for publishing its data, which can be done through different channels. The list published here is therefore not exhaustive, it only includes information relating to the concluded contracts which the purchasers have chosen to publish via PLACE_
