Territorial Development Contracts
Description
The Territorial Development Contract is a territorial project
together with an action programme on the themes of the economy,
housing, transport and the environment in connection with
place of the transport network of the Grand Paris Express.
The CDT project is subject to an environmental assessment. He
results in a public inquiry and signature of participants. His
duration is 15 years with revision clauses every 3 years.
