Description
Military personnel with more than four years of service, leaving the armies permanently, may be placed on retraining leave and supplementary retraining leave. During this leave, with a maximum cumulative duration of 120 working days (CR) plus 6 months (CCR), they are required to devote themselves to the preparation of a new professional activity. Similarly, armed volunteers can now have access to a split CR of up to 20 working days.
Conversion leave may be followed by supplementary conversion leave, the maximum duration of which shall be six months. The latter may be granted to members where the duration of the retraining leave does not permit the realisation of the professional project.
