Assignments of medical students at the end of the national classification tests in 2010
Description
Since 2004, medical students have passed the national grading tests (ECN) at the end of their second cycle of medical studies (DCEM), to access the postgraduate medical studies (TCEM). These tests replace the previous competitions of the boarding school.The analysis of the ECN gives indications of the number of young doctors who will graduate in a few years, as well as their distribution by specialty (30 are proposed) and by region of diploma.In 2010, 6,840 students presented themselves to the ECN out of 7,106 registered (the number of positions offered to students — 6,839 — was in line with that of candidates present).
