The survey carried out by RCT made it possible to identify broad lines of consensus between the actors of territorial engineering, which express broadly similar expectations (qualification, recognition and sustainable funding, clarification of roles, decompartmentation, sharing and exchanges). Nevertheless, underlying fracture lines appear between the different actors
