Description
A local Agenda 21 is a participatory approach at the level of one
territory, which aims to develop and sustain a programme of actions in
promoting sustainable development.
The action programme is itself updated periodically. The
territory may be that of a municipality, a CA (Community)
of Agglomeration), of a CC (Community of Communes).\
