30/12/2016: Changing the file format:
Added indsupinst, indsupaut, datemajaut, and datemajinst to allow filtering of deleted installations and permissions.
10/01/2017: Following instruction DGCS/2016/300 on taking into account in the management of FINESS the amendments made by Law No 2015-1776 of 28 December 2015, the capacities on category 202 "autonomous residences" are expressed in number of places and more in number of dwellings.
