French arms exports within the meaning of the Directorate-General for Armaments
Description
The Ministry of Defence defines an “armament” perimeter that includes both goods and services and that it breaks down according to criteria related to their physical nature but also according to the recipient “armed”. Exports are accounted for on order and delivery, i.e. upon entry into force of the contract (date of first payment) for orders and upon receipt of military equipment by the customer for deliveries.
