Study 2012 Life event: Individuals
Description
The database presents the results of a study carried out at the request of SGMAP by the polling institute BVA, from 20 November to 26 December 2012, with a sample of 10,908 users of public services from a sample, representative of residents in France aged 15 years and over. The database shows the proportion of users affected by life events (e.g. “I pay my taxes”) in the last two years prior to the survey as well as the degree of complexity felt for the administrative procedures carried out. The data is updated every two years.
