Description

The database presents the results of a study carried out at the request of SGMAP by the polling institute BVA in two waves of survey (from 28 June to 24 July and from 9 November to 9 December 2010), with a sample of 9504 users of public services, from a representative sample of residents in France aged 15 years and over. The database shows the proportion of users affected by life events (e.g. “I pay my taxes”) in the last two years prior to the survey, as well as the degree of complexity felt for the administrative procedures carried out and the drivers of satisfaction. The data is updated every two years
