State of play of eight cooperations in seven metropolises. Evaluation of the call for metropolitan cooperation
Description
In early 2006, DIACT commissioned the APERAU (Association for the Promotion of Education and Research in Planning and Urban Planning) to carry out the state of play of hematic cooperation among the winners of the call for metropolitan cooperation. The aim was to help metropolises carry out the first stage of a future evaluation of metropolitan projects as well as a useful reference point from the project writing phase. Seven metropolises have volunteered to take part in this mission: Saarbrücken-Moselle East (theme of travel), Rhine-Rhône metropolitan network (higher education and research), Côte d’Azur metropolis (culture), Aire Tulonnaise (project harbour of Toulon), Métropole marseillaise (displacements), Normandy metropolis (higher education and research) and Espace Métropolitain Loire-Bretagne (two studies: higher education and research, employment).
