Employment activity and unemployment - continuous employment survey

Description

This dataset provides anonymised detailed files of the continuous employment survey.
The continuous employment survey aims to observe both structurally and cyclically the situation of people on the labour market.
It is part of the Labour Force Survey defined by the European Union.

It is the only source providing a measure of the concepts of activity, unemployment, employment and inactivity as defined by the International Labour Office (ILO).

Since 2014, the overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, with the exception of Mayotte) have integrated the system of the Continuous Employment Survey.
The questions relate to employment, unemployment, training, social origin, the situation a year earlier, and the main monthly situation over the last twelve months.

The files can be downloaded on the INSEE website in csv and dbase formats from the survey relating to the year 2018.
