Description
Financial jurisdictions have more than 1800 professionals. They are dedicated to the judgment of public accountants, the control of the good use of public funds and the evaluation of public policies. They work at the Court of Auditors in Paris, in 15 interregional and regional sites in metropolitan France, as well as in four ultramarine sites.
These employees present very diverse profiles: financial magistrates, senior managers, category A, B, C officials of the State civil service, territorial civil service, hospital civil service, high-level contract staff.
The aim of the Directorate for Human Resources and Training is to align the profiles sought and the skills needed to carry out the tasks of the financial courts. It accompanies staff in their professional project, their desire for training and their career development. It drives social dialogue and drives the human resources policies of financial jurisdictions, taking into account the principles of independence, contradiction and collegiality that constitute their primary values.

This dataset traces the staff of the Court of Auditors by distinguishing between the grades of the audit staff and specifying a minimum of the type of assignment of the other staff of the Court.
