Regional EAT2 data (Total Food Study)
Description
The published data are an analysis of possible interregional differences in exposure to a dozen substances (including dioxins, PCBs, acrylamide, lead or arsenic), for which a health risk from food contamination could not be excluded. These data show a low variability of exposures between regions, in France, for the chemical compounds considered.
