Description

These animals are oxen, heifers, cows, bulls, and young cattle sold to slaughterhouses. The quotations are observed at the entrance of the slaughterhouse, over a period of 7 days from Tuesday to Monday of the following week, and are established by 10 regional quotation commissions, based on a survey of a sample of slaughterhouses.One-week quotations are available every Tuesday of the following week.
