Aid received by legal persons under the Common Agricultural Policy

Description

Community Regulation (EC) No 259/2008 required Member States to publish the amounts of aid received by each beneficiary under the CAP. Following the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 9 November 2010, the legal basis for the publication of beneficiaries of CAP payments has been partially invalidated: it now applies only to legal persons. The data available through Etalab are therefore the amounts received under the EAFRD on the one hand (excluding and including subsidised loans) and from the EAFRD (direct and other payments) on the other.
