Support to funds for independent dealers 2011-2013
Description
The dataset concerns aid granted since 2011 in the context of
support to funds for independent dealers.
The Region promotes the expansion of music broadcasting outside
large distribution channels as well as accessibility of
Francilians in the repertoire of current music.
***Beneficiaries***
Independent dealers:
— generalists or specialists, the principal activity of which is the sale
new CDs, vinyls, DVDs;
— of which 60 % of the references proposed for sale come from
catalogues of independent labels (labels of which not more than 30 % of the capital)
social are held, directly/indirectly, by a company
multinational record). The number of independent labels represented
must be at least 40, with at least three distributors
independent.
***Eligibility requirements ***
Acquisition of a general discographic fund within the framework of the
creation of the activity, or the creation of a discographic fund
theme.
***Nature and modalities of the aid ***
— For the acquisition of a general fund: maximum rate of 50 % of the
non-subsidised expenditure, up to a maximum of EUR 10 000.
— For the creation of a thematic fund: maximum rate of 50 % of the
non-subsidised expenditure, up to a maximum of EUR 5 000.
Attention: support for the establishment of a thematic fund cannot be
awarded only every two years.
