The Swedish Transport Administration — WMS’s national interest in the facilities of the Transport Act
Description
The service contains national interests in the facilities of the Transport Act (air, rail, shipping and road). Both existing, planned and future national interests are reported.
In autumn 2009 and spring 2010, the previous four transport agencies, now the Swedish Transport Administration, worked on a cross-border review of national interests. In July 2010, the Swedish Transport Administration decided on national interests in the facilities of the Transport Act. That decision has been revised and a new decision on national interests for the facilities of the Transport Act has been taken on 20 February 2013. This means that earlier designations of national interests made by the Swedish Road Administration, the Rail Administration, the Swedish Maritime Administration and the Swedish Civil Aviation Authority no longer apply.
