Description
The landscape is assessed on the basis of the criteria "naturalness", "diversity", "individual character", "historical continuity" and "beauty" of the landscape.
The assessment is based on the value-adding features and structures as well as motif spaces recorded in the Dresden Landscape Plan for the Protected Property Landscape Image (see Map 2.5 in Annex 2.5 to the Dresden Landscape Plan "Inventory of Landscape Image Characteristics").
The corresponding sub-areas of the urban area are assigned to stages that indicate positive or negative deviations from the neutral assessment. These are explained in the map text. For the medium value level, the normal level with a typically pronounced landscape is to be assumed without special value features, but also without particularly problematic structures or impairments. In addition, selected localizable impairments as well as the landscape image positive or negative dominants are shown.
