Description
With the overview “GZR data on undeclared work 2017”, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of the evaluations of fines for administrative offences in the field of undeclared work entered in the sub-registers of natural persons as well as legal persons and associations of persons in the central trade register in 2017. The data set shows all decisions imposing fines on natural persons entered in the Central Trade Register in the year of evaluation pursuant to Sections 5(1) and (2), 23(1) and (2) of the Workers’ Posting Act (AEntG). The entries are differentiated according to federal/Länder.
