Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Wilmet III/Heuhof, 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The first amendment concerns the General Residential Area, according to which, in a sub-area, the number of full floors has been changed from II to III.
