Development plan Schnelsen 24 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The law on the development plan Schnelsen 24 of 14. December 1964 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 255) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Schnelsen 24 Development Plan” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 6 is added:
6. In the area depicted in the annex between Radenwisch-North boundary of parcel 2827, west and north boundary of parcel 666 of the Schnelsen-Oldesloer Road-South, west and south boundary of parcel 4982 (formerly parcel 673 and southern and eastern part of parcel 3139) of the Schnelsen area, the fixings for a rear-facing public development road with a width of 10 m and a sweep head shall be abolished in so far as it continues the existing public development section; the land shall be designated as non-surfaceable land.’
