Statistics of projects financed by clients - quarters, years

Description

In accordance with the provisions on the procurement procedure and the procedures for its application to projects financed by the contracting authority, which determine the procurement procedure and the procedures for its application, as well as the persons who apply this procedure, if the performance of the contract, which is not referred to in Section 6 of the Public Procurement Law, is financed by a person who is a contracting authority within the meaning of the Public Procurement Law from its own resources or from the funds of EU policy instruments or other foreign financial assistance and national co-financing, the number of published procurement notices and the total contract price by quarter and year
