Geological conservation values — PlanDK
Description
The Planning Act: § 11a, 17: “Ensuring geological conservation values, including the location of areas of special geological value”.
In municipal planning, municipalities must weigh and identify the conservation interests and values of the landscape, and ensure that conservation-worthy and larger contiguous landscapes as well as valuable geological areas are kept free from construction and construction, so that the experience value of the landscapes is preserved.
