Plan-m.e.r. screening files according to the generic DABM procedure, applied to strategic plans and programmes
Description
SCRPP file code, 2021-present. The dataset contains the actively public documents of this procedure since 2021. Only files for which a decision on the EIA obligation was taken before 20/7/2023 were included in the dataset. There are few files of this type. The known files are plans and programmes that apply to the whole of Flanders and so Flanders was included as a contour for the plan-m.e.r. screening.
