List of Judicial Executors
Description
The bailiff is a natural person vested by the State with the competence to carry out activities of public interest provided for by Law no.113 of 17.06.2010 on bailiffs. Bailiffs shall carry out procedural actions for the execution of enforceable documents. Only the licensed and vested bailiff under the terms of the law can perform the enforcement.
